- Citizens for a Better Shrewsbury (CBS). CBS is a nonpartisan coalition of people working to promote understanding and awareness of the major developments and challenges facing Shrewsbury. Its primary objectives are to advocate for responsible spending and to foster a better-informed voting public. Arukor Communications provided design and programming services for the website as well as associated print collateral.
- Paton Elementary School Playground Committee. The committee is raising funds to rebuild the school's playground. Arukor Communications provided design and programming services for the committee's website. Committee members, used the website's content management system (CMS) to create all of the content for the site. Arukor also provided web hosting services for the initial site.
- Sherwood Ballot Question Committee. The committee was formed in support of building a new middle school in Shrewsbury. Arukor Communications provided website design, programming services, and web hosting services for the duration of campaign. We are pleased to say that this ballot question was passed.
- Shrewsbury Education Foundation (SEF). The mission of SEF is to provide grants for innovative educational programs and enrichment activities that benefit students of the Shrewsbury public schools. Arukor Communications provided design and programming services for SEF's website and is also providing web hosting services. Members of the foundation are using the website's CMS to manage all of the content on the site.
- Shrewsbury Garden Party. The Shrewsbury Garden Party raises funds to benefit all Shrewsbury public schools. Arukor Communications provides invitation design services for this annual event.
- Shrewsbury Oil Assistance Relief (SOAR). SOAR’s mission is to aid Shrewsbury residents who run out of oil and have nowhere else to turn. Arukor Communications provided website design and programming services as well as print media design services.
- Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services (SYFS). SYFS is local non-profit agency that enhances the quality of life for the Shrewsbury community by working collaboratively with other agencies to provide counseling, education, and social services to residents. Its largest fund-raising event is an annual gala. Arukor Communications designed save-the-date cards, invites, raffle tickets,a street banner, and program covers for the event. We also negotiated for SYFS a substantial discount on print costs for these items.
