Partners in Charity is the Diocese of Worcester's largest annual fund-raising campaign. Campaign donations benefit numerous charitable, educational, and ministerial organizations in Worcester County. In 2010, in preparation for the 2011 campaign, The Partners in Charity staff came to Arukor Communications for a complete re-brading. Arukor Communications worked with the team to develop a whole new look — a new logo, color pallet, and styling. Arukor then worked with Partners in Charity to create multiple print pieces and a website with the new brading. 

These included: 

  • a marketing booklet
  • pledge envelopes
  • stationary
  • bulletin inserts — in both English and Spanish
  • donation request mailing pieces
  • posters & other signage
  • large outdoor banners
  • website re-design and development

The major goals for the website portion of the project was to:

  • promote the campaign and the charities that it supports
  • securely and easily process online gifts & matching gift look-up
  • Facebook set up, social media planning and Facebook integration on the website
  • Video Production
Arukor Communications kept the multi-facet project on track and on budget by creating a project plan that laid out the tasks to be completed, the date to begin and complete the task, the person(s) assigned to complete the task, and any task depencies (  tasks that have to be completed prior to another task starting). 

Arukor Communications put all printing out-to-bid with various printers and as a result Partners in Charity was able to reduce their printing cost. Arukor Communications than worked with the selected print vendors to ensure that all schedules and quality expections were met. 

Were we a success? 
The new brading received rave reviews, donations were strong, and $110,00 was received in on-line donations — a substaintial increase over the $7,000 received in on-line donations the previous year!  And, Arukor Communications was brought back to provide the same services for the 2012 campaign, plus the social media marketing.
