Arukor Communications worked with Shrewsbury Housing Authority (SHA) to design a website that showcased the homeyness of SHA's many properties. In addition, the website design focused on providing information and useful resources to prospective residents, who can view photos of the properties, get online applications, and view the wait list. Now that prospective residents can access these resources twenty-four hours a day, calls to the Shrewsbury Housing Authority office have been reduced.
