Terms of Service
Additional terms may be included in our service agreement. All rates & fees are subject to change without notice.
Your satisfaction is top priority. Customer satisfaction is goal number one for Arukor Communications. However, if you're not satisfied with completed work, you are not obligated to maintain design services for any period of time. Arukor Communications will retain all works and rights. All paid fees are non refundable.
An initial fee is required up front to begin work. Draft/sample pages are fully owned by Arukor Communications and are only to be used as examples.
Cancellations and refunds. Once design work has begun, the initial fee and all other fees are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. The client agrees to pay for all design work completed or in progress, which is not included in the initial fee.
Timely completion. Arukor Communications agrees to complete your new site in a timely manner. The client agrees to provide materials and content needed in a reasonable amount of time. Delays of 60 days or more by client will void any and all prior agreements. Arukor Communications will invoice the client for any work which is not included within the payments previously made.
Additional work not included in initial service agreement may incur charges. Charges will be approved by client prior to implementation. Fees will be billed upon completion of task.
Web hosting services. The client fully understands that Arukor Communications contracts with a third-party to provide Web hosting services. Arukor Communications will monitor these providers and will make every effort to ensure that your site has maximum performance and uptime. However, Arukor Communication cannot guarantee this, nor is it responsible for performance or site uptime. In addition, Arukor Communications will seek periodic back-ups of your site and database and store said back-up off-site from the Web host server, but Arukor Communications cannot guarantee that your site can be restored.
Payments. Customers will be invoiced, and payment is preferred by check; however, upon request, payment via PayPal is accepted. Payments not made within the terms of the invoice may result in additional charges and/or web site suspension.
Copyrights and trademarks. The client affirms to Arukor Communications and absolutely guarantees that any elements of text, media, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Arukor Communications for addendum in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements and will advocate Arukor Communications and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such materials furnished by the client.
Copyright affirmation to the finished assembled work of Web pages produced by Arukor Communications is owned by Arukor Communications. Upon final payment of contract, the client is automatically assigned rights to use as a Web site the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled Web site. Rights to source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Arukor Communications and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
Credit line. Arukor Communications retains the right to display a credit line on the bottom of the Web pages with a link to our Web site.
Separate trademarks and copyrights are the responsibility of the client for purpose of protection covering business name, design, graphics and text contained in the finished Web site.
Pre-existing sites affirm original developer grants permissions or holds no rights to source code, images or other works within the site.
Site maintenance. Term of maintenance begins when site or Web page is officially public.
Arukor Communications makes every effort to design Web sites that display acceptably in leading browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for Web sites that do not display acceptably in all browsers or on client's computer. The appearance of the Web site configuration is based upon the majority of Internet users screen size and resolution.
Arukor Communications reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its service terms at any time without notice.
